14. CONTRACT DISPUTES <br />This Agreement is governed by and will be construed under the laws of the State of <br />Texas. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising under this Agreement is in Hays County, <br />Texas. Mandatory venue for any matters in federal court will be in the United States <br />District Court for the Western District of Texas. <br />If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable under judicial <br />decree or decision, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force <br />and effect. <br />15. SUCCESSORS <br />The terms and provisions of this lease and the conditions herein bind the Lessor and the <br />Lessor's successors, and assigns. The terms and provisions of this lease and the <br />conditions herein bind ITT and ITT's heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and <br />assigns. <br />16.
