<br /> <br />162. <br /> <br />ATTORNEY GENERAL OF TEXAS <br />GREG ABBOTT <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF GRANT AWARD <br /> <br />Grant Number: <br />Grantee Name: <br />Grant Period: <br />Grant Program: <br />Program Fund: <br />Award Amount: <br /> <br />06-01954 <br />City of San Marcos Police Department <br />9/1/2005 - 8/31/2006 <br />Victim Coordinator Liaison Grant (VCLG) <br />Compensation to Victims of Crime Fund No. 469 <br />$39,000 <br /> <br />APPROVED BUDGET: <br />The attached budget is approved for VCLG flUlding through the Office of the Attorney General (OAG). This <br />grant is subject to and conditioned upon acceptance of the rules and regulations set forth in Title 1 Tex. Admin. <br />Code, Chapter 60, Subchapter A-F. Applicable special conditions, if any, are cited at the end of this document. <br /> <br />Total project costs must be accounted for in accordance with the following: <br /> <br />Governor's Office of Budget and Planning, Uniform Grant Management Standards <br />(htl:o://www.aovemor.state.b<.us/divisions/statearants/auidelines/files/UGMS062004.doc and <br /> <br />· The rules and regulations referenced above. <br /> <br />GRANTEE REQUEST FOR REIMBURSEMENT: <br />All grantee requests for reimbursement shall be submitted to the Office of the Attorney General, to the attention <br />of the Crime Victim Services Division, Grants and Contracts Section. Payments made pursuant to this grant shall <br />be for reimbursement of costs on a monthly basis. Grantee agrees to use the OAG approved Invoice Form and <br />Financial Status Report Form to make reimbmsement requests. Reimbursement will not be made without <br />requisite documentation or until all special conditions outlined on the Statement of Grant A ward have been <br />satisfied <br /> <br />REIMBURSEMENT: <br />Reimbmsement is conditioned on: (1) Grantee's strict compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, policies <br />and procedmes promulgated by the Office of the Attorney General; (2) Grantee's performance according to the <br />Grant Application Project Results (which is incorporated herein by reference); and (3) subject to available <br />appropriations. <br /> <br />GRANT ADJUSTMENTS: <br />Grantee shall submit written requests for grant adjustments to the Office of the Attorney General, to the attention <br />of the Crime Victim Services Division, Grants and Contracts Section. <br /> <br />City of San Marcos Police Department, Grant # 06-01954 <br />
