<br />City of San Marcos <br /> <br />TPDES Permit No. WQOO 1 0273002 <br /> <br />16. The certification statement listed in either 30 TAC Section 312.47(a)(4){A)(ii) or 30 TAC Section 312.47(a)(5)(A)(ii) <br />as applicable to the pennittee's sludge treatment activities, shall be attached to the annual reporting form. <br /> <br />17. When the amount of any pollutant applied to the land exceeds 90% of the cumulative pollutant loading rate for that <br />pollutant, as described in Table 2, the pennittee shall report the following information as an attachment to the annual <br />reporting form. <br /> <br />a. The location, by street address, and specific latitude and longitude. <br /> <br />b. The number of acres in each site on which bulk sewage sludge is applied. <br /> <br />C. The date and time bulk sewage sludge is applied to each site. <br /> <br />d. The cumulative amount of each pollutant (i.e., pounds/acre) listed in Table 2 in the bulk sewage sludge applied to <br />each site. <br /> <br />e. The amount of sewage sludge (i.e., dry tons) applied to each site. <br /> <br />The above records shall be maintained on a monthly basis and shall be made available to the Texas Commission on <br />Environmental Quality upon request. <br /> <br />Page 20 <br />
