All Table 1 reports must include the information specified in the Table 1 form attached to this permit. 1) Arumal biomonitoring test results are due on or before January 20th for biomonitoring conducted during the previous 12 month period. 2) Semiannual biomonitoring test results are due on or before July 20th and January 20th for biomonitoring conducted during the previous 6 month period. 3) Quarterly biomonitoring test results are due on or before April 20th, July 20th, October 20th, and January 20th, for biomonitoring conducted during the previous calendar quarter. 4) Monthly biomonitoring test results are due on or before the 20th day of the month following sampling. c.
