<br />SECTION 2. The following map is approved and adopted as the Official Zoning Map of the <br />City, in accordance with Section 4.1.2.2 of the City Land Development Code, and the amendments <br />to the Future Land Use Map of the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan shown on the following <br />map are approved: <br /> <br />The Official Zoning Map is in the form of an atlas of maps titled, "Official Zoning Map of <br />the City of San Marcos, Texas," bearing the signature of Mayor Susan Narvaiz and attested <br />by City Clerk Janis K. Womack, and bearing the certification "This is to certify that this is <br />the Official Zoning Map referred to in Chapter 4 of the Land Development Code, in <br />accordance with Ordinance No. 2005--6-6- [number of this Ordinance] of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas, adopted on the 20th day of September, 2005, as amended by official action of <br />the City Council". <br /> <br />SECTION 3. The Official Zoning Map shall be maintained as an electronic file in the office <br />of the Planning and Development Services Department in accordance with Section 4.1.2.2 of the <br />City Land Development Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is held to <br />be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this <br />ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance commits a misdemeanor <br />and is subject to the penalty provided in Section 1.015 of the San Marcos City Code upon conviction. <br /> <br />SECTION 6.
