<br />officer is authorized to issue citations to any person he or she has probable <br />cause to believe is in violation of any provision of this code, including the land <br />development code, building and construction codes, fire code and health codes <br />to the extent authorized or restricted by state law. <br /> <br />Sec. 62.503. Right of entry; judicial warrant <br /> <br />(a) The code enforcement officers are entitled to enter any building or <br />premises at any reasonable time if they have a reasonable basis for believing <br />that one or more violations of this code exist at the building or premises. <br /> <br />(b) If the owner, occupant or person in control of the refuses to consent to <br />entry or is not available to provide consent, the code enforcement officer may <br />apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for warrants, writs or orders necessary <br />to enforce this section, and the court may grant appropriate relief. A code <br />enforcement officer is not required to give a bond. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this <br />ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, <br />the other provisions of this ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect <br />without the invalid portion. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. All ordinances and resolution or parts of ordinances or resolutions <br />in conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
