<br />SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br />ELECTRIC RATE SCHEDULES <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL SERVICE <br />Rate Schedule - MUN <br /> <br />Effective: October 1, 2005 <br /> <br />The City of San Marcos (the "City") shall charge and collect for all municipal services (pumping, parks, etc) on the basis of <br />this Rate Schedule - MUN. The Power Cost Recovery Factor and the City of San Marcos Electric Utility Rules and <br />Regulations are incorporated by reference as a part of this rate schedule. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is available throughout the entire territory served by the San Marcos Electric Utility System (the "City <br />System"). <br /> <br />APPLICABILITY <br /> <br />This rate schedule is applicable to the City of San Marcos and agencies of the State of Texas and the United States of <br />America for electric power and energy used for the operation of water and wastewater or sewer pumping requirements <br />and for lighting service within municipally owned and operated parks. <br /> <br />CHARACTER OF SERVICE <br /> <br />Service under this rate schedule shall be alternating current, 60 Hertz, single or three phase, at the City's option of the <br />standard voltages available from the City System. Resale service is not permitted under this rate schedule. <br /> <br />ONTHLY RATE <br /> <br />Customer Charge (Single or Three Phase) <br /> <br />$25.00 per month <br /> <br />Energy Charge (All Metered kWh) <br /> <br />$0.013 per kWh <br /> <br />Power Cost Recovery Factor <br /> <br />Standard PCRF or Choose to Renew PCRF <br />(based on availability) <br />See Program Guidelines for details. <br /> <br />The amount computed at the MONTHLY RATE shall be subject to taxes, assessments or surcharges imposed by any <br />governmental authority which assessed on the basis of revenues from electric service or volumes of electricity purchased <br />or sold by the City. <br /> <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> <br />The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the CUSTOMER CHARGE and all applicable rate adjustments. <br /> <br />Page 18 <br />
