<br />This budget amendment is to add a Senior Engineer position to the Environment and Engineering
<br />Department. The position will be used to manage water, wastewater and drainage capital improvement
<br />projects. The Water and Wastewater Utility Fund will fund this position through the Indirect Cost Allocation.
