This fee shall be paid before any subsequent <br />inspections are made. <br /> <br />After Hours Fee <br /> <br />$60.00 per hour ifthe Fire Official directs an inspector, due to the contractor's <br />or owner's request, to review a plan, conduct an inspection, or witness a test after <br />the normal working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If <br />the inspector is recalled from off-duty, the minimum charge is for two hours. This <br />fee must be paid before the city releases public utilities and before the city issues <br />a Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> <br />License Inspections <br /> <br />State licensed facilities that require annual fire inspections for operational <br />permits.
