Continue CDBG rehabilitation program and evaluate new ways to provide funding for <br />housing renovation. <br /> <br />2. Strongly encourage the Housi1g Authority to build owner-occupied housi1g and to conwrt <br />existing rental units to owner occupied housing. <br /> <br />4. Explore acquiring a location for social service programs. <br /> <br />3. Explore acquiring a building for youth service programs. <br /> <br />B. Customer Service <br /> <br />1. Continue our commitment to provide high quality service. <br /> <br />2. Ensure that departments are adequately staffed to maintain quality standards. <br />
