THENCE leaving the State of Texas 0.150 acre tract and Interstate Highway No. 35 with the common northwest line of the RVSM, Inc. 0.789 acre tract and southeast line of Uhland Road, N 460 24' 56" E 12.47 feet to a calculated point within a utility pole for the north corner of the RVSM, Inc. 0.789 acre tract and the northerly west exterior corner of Lot 2, of the previously mentioned SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision; THENCE leaving the RVSM 0.789 acre tract with the common northwest line of Lot 2, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision and southeast line of Uhland Road, N 620 37' 36" E 225.16 feet to a %/1 iron pipe found for the north corner of this tract and a northwest corner of Lot 2, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision and west corner of that tract described as 0.175 acres in a deed from Martha Louise Milligan Kaiser to Marcus C. West and Nellie J. West dated March 7, 2001 and recorded in Volume 1786, Page 546 of the Hays County Official Public Records; THENCE leaving Uhland Road with the common north line of Lot 2, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision and southwest line of the West 0.175 acre tract, S 330 48' 24" E 228.16 feet to a %/1 iron pipe found for the south corner of the West 0.175 acre tract and west corner of that tract described as 0.311 acres in a deed from Michael R. McWatters, D.D.S., Inc. Profit Sharing plan and Trust to Marcus Chandler West et al dated May 3, 1990 and recorded in Volume 828, Page 619 of the Hays County Official Public Records; THENCE leaving the West 0.175 acre tract with the common north line of Lot 2 and southwest line of the West 0.311 acre tract, S 540 37' 48" E 141.61 feet to a concrete monument found for the south corner of the West 0.311 acre tract, an angle point in the north line of Lot 2, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision and the west corner of Lot 1 of the previously mentioned SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision Section 1; THENCE leaving the West 0.311 acre tract entering Lot 2, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision with the southwest line of Lot 1, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision, Section 1, S 450 12' 05" E 143.43 feet to a ~" iron rod found for an angle point in the southwest end of United Drive, a 60 foot wide street shown on the plat of SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision, Section 1; THENCE continuing with the southwest end of United Drive, S 450 04' 58" E 50.32 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 8.6 acres, more or less, of land area as prepared for zoning purposes from public records and a survey made on the ground on October 29, 2001 by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas.
