<br />F. The CITY shall have the right to charge reasonable fees, sufficient to cover <br /> <br />the full cost of services provided by the CITY under this Agreement and <br /> <br />otherwise in the administration of CITY regulations that apply to subdivisions <br />in the CITY's ETJ. <br /> <br />G. As an attachment to this agreement, the CITY shall provide a current map <br /> <br />defining the legal boundaries of its corporate limits and areas of ETJ. The <br /> <br /> <br />CITY shall notify the COUNTY of any changes to the CITY's ETJ within 10 <br /> <br /> <br />days of the effective date of the change, and the area covered by this <br /> <br /> <br />Agreement shall be deemed by the parties to be amended accordingly, <br /> <br />effective on the effective date of the change. A change in the area covered by <br /> <br />this Agreement shall not, however, affect any rights accrued under TEX. <br /> <br />LOCAL GOy'T CODE Chapter 245 prior to the effective date of the change. <br /> <br /> <br />H. The CITY shall review facility planning reports supporting the proposed <br /> <br /> <br />subdivision as required in 30 TAC Chapter 285. A copy of the report and <br /> <br /> <br />reviewer's comments shall be provided to the COUNTY's Environmental <br /> <br />Health Department for use in issuing On-Site Sewage Facility Permits. <br />SECTION 4. GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />A. General Administration: General administration of this Agreement shall <br /> <br />be by the contact person and representative for the COUNTY-the Guadalupe <br /> <br />County Director of Environmental Health, or his/her representative. <br /> <br />Administering this Agreement and the contact person and representative for <br /> <br />the CITY shall be the Director of Planning and Development Services, or <br /> <br />his/her representative. <br /> <br />5 <br />
