Provide a map and list of all <br />known wells within <br />1,000 feet of the proposed su bdi vision boundaries (or a <br />distance where measurable <br />draw-down effects from the proposed subdivision well are <br />expected). Each well is <br />to be located by latitude and longitude. <br />(b) Obtain the static water level to the nearest one tenth foot <br />and equate to the mean sea <br />level elevation. Hays County reserves the right to <br />maintain selected monitor well <br />sites for long-term data acquisition of static water levels in <br />order to track regional <br />water level trends. The test and monitor wells shall <br />contain a one inch plug to <br />facilitate possible future water level monitoring. <br />(c) Perform an aquifer pump test using approved methods of <br />the karst aquifer systems <br />of the Texas Hill Country. The pump test shall be <br />performed prior to any <br />acidization or other flow capacity treatment. The duration <br />of the pump test shall be <br />24 hours or until the water level has stabilized (less than <br />one tenth foot fluctuations) <br />in the test well for a period exceeding two hours. The <br />constant pumping rate used <br />in the pumping test shall be at least the average rate of <br />pumping for water supply <br />use. Following pumping, water level measurements will <br />be continued in the test and <br />monitor wells until levels recover to their original static <br />levels. <br />(d) Using information from the aquifer pump test, calculate <br />aquifer properties including transmissivity, hydraulic <br />conductivity, and storage coefficient of the test and <br />monitor wells. <br />(e) Using aquifer properties and proposed pumping rates for <br />the full subdivision build-out, provide cumulative drawn- <br />down calculations for selected radial distances up to l,OOO <br />feet of the proposed subdivision boundaries, or a distance <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />
