GOy'T CODE Chapter 2007. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />P ART 1. The terms and conditions of the Agreement between the City and Hays County <br />regarding the review and approval of plats of subdivisions in the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction <br />within Hays County are approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the attached agreement <br />on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
