The CITY shall review facility planning reports supporting the proposed <br /> <br />subdivision as required in 30 TAC Chapter 285. A copy of the report and <br /> <br />reviewer's comments shall be provided to Hays County Environmental Health <br /> <br />Department for use in issuing On-Site Sewage Facility Permits. For <br /> <br />properties over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone and Contributing Zone, <br /> <br />the CITY shall issue a letter of concurrence of the Facility Planning Report in <br /> <br />a format suitable for submittal to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation <br /> <br />Commission. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />K. The City shall review floodplain drainage analyses ofFEMA regulated <br /> <br />floodplains that are submitted in connection with proposed subdivision plats <br /> <br />for compliance with the Hays County Flood Damage Prevention Order. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />GENERAL PROVISIONS <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />A. General Administration: General administration of this Agreement shall <br /> <br />be by the contact person and representative for the COUNTY-the Hays <br /> <br />County Director of Environmental Health, or his/her representative. <br /> <br />Administering this Agreement and the contact person and representative for <br /> <br />the CITY shall be the Director of Planning and Development Services, or <br /> <br />his/her representative. <br /> <br />B. Alteration, Amendment or Modification: This Agreement may not be <br /> <br />altered, amended, or modified except in writing signed by all parties to this <br /> <br />6 <br />
