<br />Draft 3-7-02 <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br /> <br />Additional Requirements within the ET J in Comal County <br /> <br />1. Lots sizes within the ET J in ComaI County: <br /> <br />Subdivisions requiring platting, where each lot within the proposed subdivision <br />will be served by a Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission (TNRCC) <br />approved public water supply and will utilize individual on-site sewage facility <br />methods for sewage disposal, shall provide for individual lots having surface <br />areas of at least 1.0 acre. <br /> <br />Subdivisions requiring platting, where each lot within the proposed subdivision <br />will not be served by a TNRCC approved public water supply and will utilize <br />individual on-site sewage facility methods for wastewater treatment, shall provide <br />for individual lots having surface areas of at least 5.01 acres. <br /> <br />2. Water Availability within the ETJ in ComaI County: <br /> <br />A person seeking approval of a plat that creates one or more lots or is seeking <br />approval of a revision plat that results in an increase in the total amount of lots <br />shall: <br /> <br />i) ifno Public Water System is proposed or exists; and the proposed lots will <br />be served by individual groundwater wells and not utilizing groundwater <br />regulated by the Edwards Aquifer Authority, <br /> <br />Submit a Certification of Groundwater Availability For Platting <br />Form pursuant to Title 30 Texas Administrative Code, Chapters <br />230, Sections 230.2 through and including 230.11, with the <br />following additional requirements; <br /> <br />All supporting information, data, and calculations necessary to meet the <br />requirements of Sections 230.2 through and including 230.11 shall be attached <br />to the Certification of Groundwater Availability For Platting Form. <br /> <br />9230.3 (c), Form Required, the first sentence is revised as follows; <br /> <br />This chapter and the following form shall be used and completed if <br />the City requires plat applicants to certify that adequate <br />groundwater is available to provide water to the land to be <br />subdivided. <br /> <br />1 <br />
