NOV-26-2Q02 10 37 TXDOT AVIATION DIVISION 512 416 4510 P.02i05 <br />57. <br />TE7~.AS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATXON <br />GRANT FOR ROUTINE AIRPORT MAINTENANCE PROGRAM <br />(Grant for State Assisted Airport Routine lVZainteuance) <br />Amendment No. OZ <br />TxDOT Project No.: AM Z0025MRC0 <br />TxDOT CSC No.: M214SMRC0 <br />The City of San Marcos, referred to as the "Sponsor", and the Texas Department of <br />Transportation, referred to as the "State," have entered into a Grant For Routine Airport Maintenance <br />Program, TxDOT CSJ Number M114SMRC0, executed by the Sponsor on January 23, 2001, and by <br />the State on January 30, 2001, for the routine maintenance of the San Marcos Municipal Airport. <br />It is in the mutual interest of the Sponsor and the State to amend the Grant at this time to update <br />the necessary maintenance items and extend the term of the grant for the new fiscal year. <br />The Sponsor's acceptance of this Agreement shall comprise a Grant Agreement, as provided by <br />the Transportation Code, Chapter 21, constituting the contractual obligations and rights of the State of <br />Texas and the Sponsor with respect to the accomplishment of the airport maintenance and compliance <br />with the assurances and conditions as provided. Such Grant Agreement Shall become efr'ective upon <br />the State's written Notice to Proceed issued following execution of this agreement. <br />State fuiancial assistance granted will be used solely and exclusively for airport maintenance <br />and other incidental items as approved by the State. Actual work to be performed under this agreement <br />is found on Attachment A, Scope of Services. State financial assistance, Amount B, will be for fifty <br />percent (50%} of the eligible project costs for this project or $30,000.40, which ever is less, per fiscal <br />year and subject to availability of state appropriations. <br />Scope of Services, Attachment A, of this Crrant, may be modified by letter from the Sponsor <br />with concurrence of the State if no additional funds are required. Oniy work items as described in <br />Attachment A, of this Grant, or as described in the concurrence letter from the State are <br />reimbursable under this grant. <br />Sponsor shall request reimbursement of eligible project costs on farms provided by the State. <br />All zeimbursement requests are required to include $ copy of the invoices for the materials or services. <br />The reimbursement request will be submitted no more than once a month. <br />The Grant is amended to include Attachment A -Scope of Services attached and made a part of <br />this agreement. Work shall be accomplished by August 31, 2002 unless otherwise approved by the <br />State. <br />All other terms and conditions of the agreement are unchanged and remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />AVN4301 A,DOC(12/2001) <br />
