In no case shall any proposed change be less than the requirements of these <br />development standards without being resubmitted following the same procedure required by the <br />original PDD application. <br />7.08 The Exhibits identified herein are incorporated by reference and are adopted as part of <br />this PDD. Any modifications, amendments or supplements to these Exhibits shall require an <br />amendment to this PDD ordinance unless allowed by City Ordinance or State Law. <br />7.09 In case one or more provisions of these development standards are deemed invalid, <br />illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not <br />affect any other provisions hereof and in such event, these development standards shall be <br />construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein. <br />19 <br />
