<br />101. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002 - -ZLR <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE LEASE OF <br />THREE TRACTS OF REAL PROPERTY AT THE SAN <br />MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TO RANDY KERNER D/B/A <br />KERNER AVIATION SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO SIGN THE LEASE; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. Randy Kerner, d/b/a Kerner Aviation Services, proposes to lease three tracts of <br />airport property for the purpose of constructing two T -hangars and an executive hangar. <br />He expects to sub-lease space in these new hangars to private individuals. <br /> <br />2. The Airport Commission reviewed this request on March 5, 2002, and the <br />Commission unanimously recommended approval of the lease. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The attached Lease of Airport Property for construction of two T- <br />hangars and an executive hangar between the City and Randy Kerner, d/b/a Kerner <br />Aviation Services, is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br />attached lease on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
