This compensation is divided among <br />the Basic Services and Reimbursable Expenses as follows: <br />1.1 TASK 1— PROJECT ADMINISTRATION $ 7,070.00 <br />1.2 TASK 2 —TITLE SERVICES $ 36,360.00 <br />1.3 TASK 3 —RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENTS $ -0- <br />1.4 TASK 4— APPRAISAL SERVICES $ 29,210.00 <br />1.5 TASK 5— NEGOTIATION SERVICES $145,860.00 <br />1.6 TASK 6- CLOSING SERVICES $ 22,720.00 <br />REIMBURSEABLE EXPENSES $ 4,310.00 <br />TOTAL FEE: $245,530.00 <br />13.3 Compensation for Basic Services and for Additional Services of the Consultant will be <br />computed based on the Consultant's standard hourly rates: <br />Project Manager <br />$200.00/hr <br />Review Appraiser <br />$145.00/hr <br />Sr. Real Estate Specialist <br />$125.00/hr <br />Real Estate Specialist <br />$95.00/hr <br />Real Estate Technician <br />$65.00/hr <br />Clerical <br />$50.00/hr <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents.
