Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -21 concerning 1.9 acres, more or less, of land in the Park <br />• Addition, Third Division Subdivision located at 817, 833 and 907 Chestnut Street. <br />amending the Future Land Use Map of the Citv from 'INC" Neighborhood Commercial at <br />817 and 833 Chestnut Street and from "LDR" Low Density Residential at 907 Chestnut <br />Street to "MU" Mixed Use; amending the Official Zoning Map of the Citv by rezonin 817 <br />and 833 Chestnut Street from 'INC" Neighborhood Commercial District, 907 Chestnut <br />Street from 'IMF-12" Multiple - Familv Residential District and the remainder of said 1.9 <br />acres, more or less, to "PDD" Planned Development District with base zoning of "MU" <br />Mixed Use; approving Planned Development District standards for the Chestnut Street <br />Lofts Planned Development District; including procedural provisions; and providin for <br />penalties. <br />No action taken. <br />18. Remove from table and consider Ordinance 2011 -08 on the first of two readings <br />pertaining to two contiguous tracts of land out of the J.M. Veramendi Survev No. 2, <br />• Abstract No. 17, located on Telluride Street near Post Road ; approving an amendment to <br />the Future Land Use Map from " C " Commercial to "MDR" Medium Densitv Residential <br />for an 8.38 acre, more or less, tract of land and from "HDR" High Densitv Residential to <br />"MDR" Medium Densitv Residential for a 9.87 acre, more or less, tract of land; amending <br />the Official Zoning Map of the Citv by rezoning said 8.38 acre tract from "GC" General <br />Commercial District to "MF -12" Multiple- Family Residential District and said 9.87 acre <br />tract from "FD" Future Development District to "MFR" Multiple - Familv Residential <br />District, and including, procedural provisions. <br />MOTION TO REMOVE FROM TABLE: Upon a motion made by Council Member Jones <br />and a second by Council Member Scott, the City Council voted (7) for and (0) opposed, to <br />remove Item 19 from the table for consideration. The motion carried unanimously. The motion carried unanimously. <br />20. Consider Resolution 2011 -50R approvin an agreement between the Citv and HDR <br />Eng ineering. Inc. in a fixed fee amount of $2.498.951.00 for the provision of professional <br />engineerina services in connection with the Loop 82 /Aquarena Springs Drive Union Pacific <br />Railroad Overpass Proiect; authorizing the Citv Manager to execute this agreement on <br />behalf of the Citv and declaring an effective date. <br />LJ <br />
