17. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -21 concerning 1.9 acres, more or less, of land in the Park • Addition, Third Division Subdivision located at 817, 833 and 907 Chestnut Street. amending the Future Land Use Map of the Citv from 'INC" Neighborhood Commercial at 817 and 833 Chestnut Street and from "LDR" Low Density Residential at 907 Chestnut Street to "MU" Mixed Use; amending the Official Zoning Map of the Citv by rezonin 817 and 833 Chestnut Street from 'INC" Neighborhood Commercial District, 907 Chestnut Street from 'IMF-12" Multiple - Familv Residential District and the remainder of said 1.9 acres, more or less, to "PDD" Planned Development District with base zoning of "MU" Mixed Use; approving Planned Development District standards for the Chestnut Street Lofts Planned Development District; including procedural provisions; and providin for penalties. No action taken. 18. Reconsider Ordinance 2011 -22 amending the San Marcos Citv Code by addin a new section to Chapter 4, Article 3 entitled "Underground Utility Area ". including procedural provisions; and providing an effective date. No action taken. 19. Remove from table and consider Ordinance 2011 -08 on the first of two readings pertaining to two contiguous tracts of land out of the J.M. Veramendi Survev No. 2, • Abstract No. 17, located on Telluride Street near Post Road ; approving an amendment to the Future Land Use Map from " C " Commercial to "MDR" Medium Densitv Residential for an 8.38 acre, more or less, tract of land and from "HDR" High Densitv Residential to "MDR" Medium Densitv Residential for a 9.87 acre, more or less, tract of land; amending the Official Zoning Map of the Citv by rezoning said 8.38 acre tract from "GC" General Commercial District to "MF -12" Multiple- Family Residential District and said 9.87 acre tract from "FD" Future Development District to "MFR" Multiple - Familv Residential District, and including, procedural provisions. MOTION TO REMOVE FROM TABLE: Upon a motion made by Council Member Jones and a second by Council Member Scott, the City Council voted (7) for and (0) opposed, to remove Item 19 from the table for consideration. The motion carried unanimously. The motion carried unanimously. 20. Consider Resolution 2011 -50R approvin an agreement between the Citv and HDR Eng ineering. Inc. in a fixed fee amount of $2.498.951.00 for the provision of professional engineerina services in connection with the Loop 82 /Aquarena Springs Drive Union Pacific Railroad Overpass Proiect; authorizing the Citv Manager to execute this agreement on behalf of the Citv and declaring an effective date.
