EXHIBIT E (RI1866) A 1.01 acre tract of real property out of the 1. M. Veramendi League No.1, as recorded in Volume 391, Page 309 of the Hays County Deed Records, being the same tract conveyed by Earl E. Suttle by deed dated November 5, 1966 and corded in Volume 214, Page 376 of the Hays County Deed Records, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an "X" chisled in concrete at the base of a wooden post at the south corner of the said Suttle tract, for the south corner of the herein described tract, same being on the northwest line ofR.M. Highway No. 2439, and from which bears a concrete monument found at Engineer's Centerline Station 163 + 50.0 bears S 49012' W, 542.2 feet; THENCE, with the northwest line of the said R.M. Highway No. 2439, the following courses numbered (1) and (2): (1) N 49012' E, 51.58 feet, to a concrete monument found at Engineer's Centerline Station 157 + 56.0 at the POINT OF CURVATURE of a curve to the left; (2) 140.94 feet along the arc of the said curve to the left, having a radius of 1105.92 feet and a sub-chord which bears N 45033' E 140.85 feet to the east corner of the said Suttle tract, for the east corner of the tract herein described, same being at the intersection of the northwest line of the said R.M. Highway No. 2439, with the southwest line of Suttle Avenue, a 50 foot road of record in Book 1, Page 64 of the Hays County Plat Records; THENCE, leaving the said R.M. Highway No. 2439, with the southwest line of the said Suttle Avenue, N 4r36' W, at 0.31feet passing an iron stake set, and continuing on in all 235.54 feet to an iron stake found at the north corner of the said Suttle tract, for the north corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said Suttle A venue, S 41027' W, 191.92 feet to an iron stake found at the base of a woodent post at the west corner ofthe said Suttle tract, for the west corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, S 4r35' E, at about 0.5 feet joining a concrete block retaining wall, and continuing on in all 218.47 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
