<br />A part of Lot No. Elghty-nlne (89), in LAUREL ESTATES, <br />UNIT TWO (2), a subdivision in Hays County, Texas, according <br />to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 1, Page 62, Hays <br />County Plat Records, and the restrictive covenants governing <br />same recorded in Volume 224, Pages 74-78, Hays County Deed <br />Records, and being more particularly described by metes and <br />bounds as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at an iron pin set for the West corner of the tract <br />here described, same being in the Northeast Hne of Suttle Avenue, <br />as shown on the map of said subdivision, and same beiag 190 feet <br />North 450 West from the intersection of the Northeast llne of <br />Suttle Avenue with the Northwest Hne of Farm to Market Road <br />12439; <br /> <br />THENCE N. 440 34' E. 200.46 feet to an iron pin set in the North- <br />east Hne of said Lot No. Eighty-nlne (89), of Laurel Estates for <br />the North corner of the tract here described; <br /> <br />THENCE S. 450 05' E. with the Northeast Hne of said Lot No. <br />Eighty-nine (89), of Laurel Estates, Unit Two, 100 feet to an iron <br />pi.pe set for the East corner of the tract here described; <br /> <br />THENCE S. 440 34' W. 200.70 feet TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br />According to a survey made on the ground April 2, 1973, by Claude <br />F.
