Section 102.026 of the City Code adopts the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan <br />as the master plan for the physical development of the City. <br /> <br />t~n <br />..;I." <br />.>- <br />~i" <br />~m <br />~C <br />~. <br />!: <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />2. Section 102.029 of the City Code provides for the adoption of sector plans as an <br />appendix to the San Marcos Horizons City Master Plan. <br /> <br />3. The Director of Planning and Development Services has prepared a sector plan for <br />Sector Five of the City, and the Planning and Zoning Commission has voted to recommend the <br />adoption of the Sector Five Plan by the City Council. <br /> <br />4. The City Council conducted public hearings on the adoption of the Sector Five Plan <br />on January 14,2002 and on April 8, 2002. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1.
