<br />Sector Five <br /> <br />Chapter 3 - Tomorrow <br /> <br />Any future extension of Crystal River Parkway should be designed to adequately address <br />the safety of neighborhood residents, particularly school children and park users. <br /> <br />Finally, alternative connections across the San Marcos River will be studied in more <br />detail through the Transportation Master Plan. Items to be studied will specifically <br />include improvements to Cape Road and the Cape Road bridge and an alternative arterial <br />connection to the east of the Hills of Hays neighborhood. <br /> <br />Adopted: April 22, 2002 <br /> <br />3-8 <br />
