<br />174. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2002- <br /> <br />92 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH TRIO INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR <br />THE PROVISION OF LAPTOP COMPUTERS FOR THE POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE TEXAS BUILDING AND PROCUREMENT <br />COMMISSION'S QISV CATALOGUE PURCHASING PROCEDURE; <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. A contract with Trio Industries, Inc. for the provision of 17 laptop <br />computers, for the Police Department through the Texas Building and Procurement <br />Commission's QISV Catalogue Purchase Procedure in the amount of $65,615.00 is <br />approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl is authorized to <br />execute the appropriate purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
