<br />SECTION 3. The official canvass of the returns of the election reflects the following: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />That-Rohprt- H.ahi ngrpi t-hpr <br />Marcos: <br /> <br />was duly elected Mayor of the City of San <br /> <br />B. That Susan Clifford Narvaiz was duly elected City Council Member, <br />Place 3 of the City of San Marcos: <br /> <br />C. That Hi" 'rAY' or was duly elected City Council Member, <br />Member, Place 4 of the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. The importance of this Ordinance creates an emergency and an imperative <br />public necessity, and the provisions of the Charter requiring that ordinances be presented at three <br />separate meetings, and that ordinances do not take effect until ten days after the date offinal passage <br />are suspended, and this Ordinance will take effect upon publication of notice of its adoption in a <br />newspaper of general circulation in the City. <br /> <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this the <br /> <br />4th <br /> <br />day of June, 2002. <br /> <br />~&.~ <br /> <br />Robert B.
