<br />Lessee may sublease said premises to the United States of America on the terms and conditions stated in <br />said Sublease No. DTFA07-03-L-000480. <br /> <br />10. It is hereby agreed bct\\'een the parties that upon termination of its occupancy Lessee shall <br />resto:-e and/or rehabilitate the prop<'rty which is the subject matter of this lease to its condition at the time <br />of e:\~cutjon of this Agreement of Lease by Lessor. It is further agreed that Lessee shall remo\e an) <br />structure or equipment installed in or located by Lessee upon said property during the tem1 of this lease. <br /> <br />11. That if any section. subsection. sentence, clause. phrase. or portion of this lease is for any <br />reasc'n held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction. such portion shall be <br />deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision and such holding shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions thereof. <br /> <br />12. Both parties hereto acknowledge and agree that they have not relied upon any statements, <br />repre'Sentations. agreements or warranties, except such as are expressed herein. and that the foregoing <br />instrument in writing constitutes the entire agreement herein. there being no other \\TItten or parol <br />agreement \',-ith any officer or employee of Lessee.
