• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2011- 73 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PRIORITIZATION <br />PROCESS; APPROVING THE PRIORITIZATION AND <br />FUNDING ALLOCATION OF CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEARS 2011 <br />— 2016; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The City Council of the City of San Marcos hereby approves the capital <br />improvements prioritization process developed by city staff for fiscal years 2011 through <br />2016 as follows: <br />. Committed Projects (met criteria matrix, fully funded, existing project). <br />• 2011 -2012 Required Projects (met criteria matrix, not fully funded, could be <br />• existing project). <br />• 2011 -2012 Recommended Projects (did not meet all criteria matrix, not fully <br />funded, could be existing project). <br />• 2013 -2016 Recommended Projects (did not meet all criteria matrix, not existing <br />project). <br />PART 2. The attached list of capital improvement projects and funding allocations <br />for the city's fiscal years ending in 2011 through 2016 is hereby approved, subject to <br />annual appropriations in each fiscal year budget. <br />PART 3.
