ARTICLE 13 <br />BASIS OF COMPENSATION <br />13.1 The City will compensate the Consultant, in accordance with Article 5, Payments to the <br />Consultant, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: <br />13.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to Consultant for Basic Services as described <br />in Sections 1.1 through 1.6 will not exceed $142,575.00. This compensation is divided among <br />the Basic Services as follows: <br />1.1 TASK 1— PROJECT ADMINISTRATION <br />1.2 TASK 2 —TITLE SERVICES <br />1.3 TASK 3 —RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENTS <br />1.4 TASK 4— INITIAL APPRAISAL SERVICES <br />1.5 TASK 5— NEGOTIATION SERVICES <br />1.6 TASK 6— CLOSING SERVICES <br />1.7 TASK 7- CONDEMNATION SUPPORT SERVICES <br />REIMBURSEABLE EXPENSES <br />TOTAL FEE: <br />$ 12,175.00 <br />$ 21,850.00 <br />$ 0.00 <br />$ 26,250.00 <br />$ 61,500.00 <br />$ 20,250.00 <br />$ 0.00 <br />$ 550.00 <br />$142,575.00 <br />13.3 Compensation for Basic Services and for Additional Services of the Consultant will be <br />computed based on the Consultant's standard hourly rates: <br />Project Manager <br />$160.00/hr <br />Sr. Right of Way Agent <br />$120.00/hr <br />Right of Way Agent <br />$90.00/hr <br />Administrative Technician <br />$75.00/hr <br />Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and <br />authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents.
