The Concept Stage will conclude with the City's approval of the homepage layout <br />wireframe. <br />3. Staize 3: Design Stage. In the Design Stage, the Vendor will continue the graphic design <br />for the City's homepage. The Vendor will create a compelling graphic design that <br />incorporates graphics, fonts, photos, colors and other design elements while maintaining <br />its usability. In addition, the Vendor will work closely with City staff to establish a look <br />and feel that reflects the community. As part of this process the Vendor will provide art <br />direction, design review, and up to three unique homepage design concepts for the City to <br />choose from. Once the direction is established, the Vendor will provide necessary <br />revisions until the City is satisfied and selects a design. The Design Stage will conclude <br />with the City's approval of the homepage design composition. <br />4. State 4: Development Stage. During the Development Stage, the Vendor will create the <br />interior page design then program the Website. The Vendor will include implementation <br />of the Vision Content Management SystemTM and integration of the interactive <br />components and features. The Vendor will provide for content migration of up to 200 <br />pages into the new website. The Vendor will provide guidance on the best practices for <br />web content writing and will train City staff on the best approach for migrating additional <br />content. The Vendor's migration of additional pages is an additional service. As part of <br />the Vendor's migration service, it will review the formatting and layout of each page, <br />reformat it using the new site's design styles, and lay it out in a way that conforms to <br />industry best practices for impact and readability. <br />5. State 5: Oualitv Assurance, Documentation, and Training Staize. During the Quality <br />Assurance, Documentation, and Training Stage the Vendor will: <br />a) Perform extensive functional testing to comply with Article 1, Section 1.1.6 of the <br />Agreement. <br />b) Review content. <br />c) Create a custom training manual that incorporates actual screenshots of the City' <br />Website. <br />d) Provide administrator and content editor training. <br />In addition, the Vendor will provide a one day onsite training consisting of two sessions; <br />one for City staff representatives on content editor training and the other session for <br />advanced administrator functions including system configuration, system maintenance, <br />reporting, and strategies for future expansion. The custom training manual will <br />incorporate screenshots from the City's website, making it easy for staff to understand <br />and use. <br />6. Stage 6: Launch Staize. In the Launch Stage, the Website is moved to the production <br />server.
