<br />16Ba <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2002 <br /> <br />146 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO FIRST WITNESS VIDEO <br />SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS FOR THE PROVISION OF A VIDEO <br />RECORDING SYSTEM; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of a contract to Video Recording System located in Mount <br />Sidney, Virginia for the provision of a portable camera system (IFB 22-044) in the amount <br />of $17,460.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br />execute contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
