Hopkins <br />San Marcos, TX 78666 <br /> <br />Re: Annexation of our property <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Patterson: <br /> <br />As owners of a 15.3 acre tract on Post Road that is contiguous to the northern edge <br />of the city limits, we are hereby requesting annexation into the city limits of San <br />Marcos as soon as possible. Part of the eastern boundary of the property borders <br />the part of Post Road that is within the city limits. The southern edge of the property <br />borders an easement-road known by signage as Claremont (but as Hillcrest on the <br />city map). This road, in turn, borders the city limits.
