C7 <br />RESOLUTION 2011- 74 R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF AN EASEMENT <br />MACHINCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $56,696.00 FROM KINLOCH <br />EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLY, INC. THROUGH THE TEXAS LOCAL <br />GOVERNMENT PURCHASING COOPERATIVE BUYBOARD; <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />• <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The purchase of an Easement Machine from Kinloch Equipment and <br />Supply, Inc. through the Texas Local Government Purchasing Cooperative Buyboard in the <br />amount of $56,696.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to execute <br />appropriate purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
