<br />Addendum "A" <br /> <br />I. Sellers have granted to buyers a 6 month period from the effective date of the <br />contract for a feasibility and inspection period. The intent of the buyers is to <br />obtain full approval for a single family subdivision from all county, city and <br />state boards and commissions. If for any reason buyers decide not to proceed <br />with the inspection and feasibility period, buyers may terminate this contract <br />and the earnest money will be refunded to the buyer. <br /> <br />II. Seller will cooperate with buyers during the feasibility period, and allow <br />buyer to apply for zoning, annexation and master planning of the property as <br />required by city, county and state boards and commissions. <br /> <br />III. Buyers will be responsible for paying for costs of planning and required <br />project fees. Should buyers elect not to close under the feasibility period all <br />plans and studies will be given to seller at no charge. <br /> <br />IV. Seller will pay a 6% Real Estate commission to Randall Morris and <br />Associates upon the closing of this sale. <br /> <br />V. At the end of the first 120 days of feasibility the $15,000 will become non- <br />refundable. At that time, buyer may escrow an additional $10,000 which will <br />extend the feasibility for 60 days. If notice to cancel the contract is not given <br />during that 60 day period, then the second $10,000 will become non- <br />refundable.
