The County will not provide any <br />upgrades or improvements to the section to be annexed. It was noted that this <br />intersection is scheduled to be a part of the proposed San Marcos Loop. <br /> <br />Please contact my office if you need any additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A-4 <br />
