Braden et ux, in Volume ]494, Page 337, Official Public Records of <br />Hays County, Texas, said iron rod being also in the southwest line of the fifty foot right-of-way of <br />County Road 232, also known as Redwood Road and being the POINT OF BEGINNING; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the said 62.34 acre tract with the southwest line of said <br />Redwood Road, and the northeast line of the said 133.37 acre tract, and the herein described <br />tract, S 40031 '06"E a distance of 1832.71 feet to an iron rod set for the east comer of the said <br />133.37 acre tract and the herein described tract, said iron rod being also in the northwest line of <br />the fifty foot right-of-way of County Road 266, also known as Old San Antonio Road; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the said southwest line of Redwood Road, with the northwest <br />line of said Old San Antonio Road, and the southeast line of the said 133.37 acre tract and the <br />herein described tract the following four (4) courses: <br /> <br />1) S 65003'09" W for a distance of 2071.04 feet to an iron rod found for an <br />angle point, <br /> <br />2) S 67020'51" W for a distance of 696.95 feet to an iron rod found for an <br />angle point, <br /> <br />3) S 72059'01" W for a distance of 157.39 feet to an iron rod found for an <br />angle point, and <br /> <br />4) S 63019'54" W for a distance of 1627.74 feet to an iron rod found for the <br />most southern comer of the said 133.37 acre tract and the herein described <br />tract, said iron rod being also in the east line of the one hundred and thirty <br />foot right-of-way of State Highway 123; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the said Old San Antonio Road, with the east right-of- <br />way line of State Highway 123, N 05009'14"E for a distance of 2471.60 feet to an iron <br />rod set for the west comer of said 133.37 acre tract and the herein described tract, said <br />iron rod being also the most southwestern comer of said 62.34 acre tract; <br />
