KANE SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 28], AND APPROXIMATELY 37.8 ACRES OUT OF THE CYRUS WICKSON SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 474, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING THE SAME AS A 133.37 ACRE TRACT OF LAND CONVEYED TO WILFORD HENK, et ux, BY INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN VOLUME ]463, PAGE 814 OF THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, SAID 133.371 ACRE TRACT BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at an iron rod found for the north corner of the said 133.37 acre tract and the herein described tract, said iron rod being also the east corner of a called 62.34 acre tract conveyed to James E. Braden et ux, in Volume ]494, Page 337, Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas, said iron rod being also in the southwest line of the fifty foot right-of-way of County Road 232, also known as Redwood Road and being the POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE leaving the said 62.34 acre tract with the southwest line of said Redwood Road, and the northeast line of the said 133.37 acre tract, and the herein described tract, S 40031 '06"E a distance of 1832.71 feet to an iron rod set for the east comer of the said 133.37 acre tract and the herein described tract, said iron rod being also in the northwest line of the fifty foot right-of-way of County Road 266, also known as Old San Antonio Road; THENCE leaving the said southwest line of Redwood Road, with the northwest line of said Old San Antonio Road, and the southeast line of the said 133.37 acre tract and the herein described tract the following four (4) courses: 1) S 65003'09" W for a distance of 2071.04 feet to an iron rod found for an angle point, 2) S 67020'51" W for a distance of 696.95 feet to an iron rod found for an angle point, 3) S 72059'01" W for a distance of 157.39 feet to an iron rod found for an angle point, and 4) S 63019'54" W for a distance of 1627.74 feet to an iron rod found for the most southern comer of the said 133.37 acre tract and the herein described tract, said iron rod being also in the east line of the one hundred and thirty foot right-of-way of State Highway 123; THENCE leaving the said Old San Antonio Road, with the east right-of- way line of State Highway 123, N 05009'14"E for a distance of 2471.60 feet to an iron rod set for the west comer of said 133.37 acre tract and the herein described tract, said iron rod being also the most southwestern comer of said 62.34 acre tract;
