ARTICLE 2 THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES The City will: 2.1 Provide full information to the Engineer regarding the City's requirements for the Engineer's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Engineer with copies of official City design standards and construction standards, and other data and information in the City's possession needed by the Engineer at the Engineer's request. 2.2 Designate Sabas A vila as the City's Project Manager and authorized representati ve to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the Engineer and promptly render responses to the Engineer on issues requiring a decision by the City. 2.3 Provide access to and make all necessary provisions for the Engineer to enter public and private property as required for the Engineer to perform its services under this Agreement. 2.4 Bear all costs incident to this Article. 2.5 Assist the Consultant with coordinating traffic control measures for the surveying and geotechnical investigation work, if needed. 2.6 Provide rights of access onto private property. 2.7 Provide water and wastewater record as-built plans and available city topographic maps, tight-of-way maps and similar data. 2.8 Provide G.P.S. control points as horizontal and vertical control (NA VD 83) in the proximity of Post Road, as well as seed files and symbol libraries for Microstation processing by the Consultant. 2.9 Furnish the City's latest bid tabulations for use in preparing the estimate. The Consultant will also utilize available TxDOT bid data. ARTICLE 3 CONSTRUCTION COST 3.1 DEFINITION 3.1.1 The construction cost will be the total cost or estimated cost to the City of all elements of the Project designed or specified by the Engineer.
