<br />30. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2002- 212 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS DECLARING A CHEVROLET CAPRICE POLICE VEHICLE TO BE <br />SURPLUS AND OF NO VALUE TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; <br />AUTHORIZING THE DONATION OF THIS VEHICLE TO THE SAN <br />MARCOS/HAYS COUNTY EMS, INC., AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. The San Marcos Police Department has in its possession a Police vehicle <br />that is of no value to the City. <br /> <br />2. The City wishes to donate this vehicle to the San Marcos/Hays County EMS, <br /> <br />Inc. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The City Council finds and determines that a Chevrolet Caprice police <br />vehicle in the possession of the Police Department is surplus and of no value to the City <br />of San Marcos. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Council authorizes the donation of this police vehicle to the <br />San Marcos/Hays County EMS, Inc. <br /> <br />PART 3.
