LK;tnSee shall ensure that its employees and contractors conduct themselves with high <br />standards of safety and personal conduct while at any LCRA Site. In particular, employees and <br />contractors shall not encroach on private property. liner, use alcohol. drugs or weapons, exceed <br />speed limits, dn~ recklessly, or otherwise disturb the peace. Violation ofmis provision shall be a <br />material breachoCthis Agreem~t, and Ucensee shall bar &om LCRA Sites any employee or <br />contractor who ~o1ate$ this provision. <br /> <br />23. Equjpm~ j.emoval. Upon termination of1his ~nt, Licensee shall at its expense and <br />within a reasonable tUne remo'Ve Licen:iee FacilitIes and ~storc any LCRA Site to its original <br />condition. except for reasonable wear and tear. <br /> <br />24. Ucensee's ~y oCNomnterferen.ce. Licensee shall install, opeme and maintain licensee <br />Faci1iti~s in a maMet' which will not physically or electronically interfere with or cause signa] <br />degradation to the System, existing as of the CommeocemmI Dale of this Agreement, or with any <br />prior licensees. <br /> <br />25. Remedies for Interl"erellke. In the event that Licensee Facilities or operations create <br />int~fgence "With the System or with prior licensees, then upon written notice from LCRA, <br />Licensee shall at its own expense correct the interference within seventy-two (72) hours from <br />notice, even if Licensee Facilities are operating in compliance with FCC regulations. IfLicemee <br />fal15 to eliminate tbe int~ference within the required time, then after an additional twenty-four <br />(24) hour gRce period for Licensee to eliminate the interference, LeRA shan have the right to <br />immediately enter the premises and shut down Uccnsee Facilities until Li<::ensee <::an eliminate the <br />interfctente. IfLCRA determines that the interference caused by Licensee F acilitics is substantial <br />and requires immediate attention. LCRA may take any reasonable action to prevent tbe <br />interference from continuing. III such a case., LeRA will notify Licensee as soon as practial. <br /> <br />26. Technical Dis&g(eemtmt!l. If various licensees disagree on the e;(islcnce. source or extent or <br />intcrferC:I1Cie., LeIlA may engage an independeut engineering firm to perform an impartial analysis <br />to determine the .cauSe of the interference.
