GEISTER SURVEY NO.7, ABSTRACT NO. 203, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A PORTION OF A CALLED 272.24 ACRE TRACT OF LAND AS DESCRIBED IN THAT DEED JIM R.
