<br />103. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2002- 221 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE LEASE OF TWO COPIER/PRINTER/SCANNER <br />MACHINES FROM THE XEROX CORPORATIONTHROUGH THE STATE <br />BUILDING AND PROCUREMENT COMMISSION OISV PROGRAM; <br />AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO EXECUTE LEASE <br />DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The lease of two copier/printer/scanner machines for the Municipal <br />Court Building and City Hall through the State Building and Procurement Commission <br />OISV Program for a total of $18,722.60 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br />execute appropriate lease documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
