<br />20-4523C Sessom <br />City of San Marcos <br /> <br />Revised February 4, 2003 <br />August23,2002 <br />Verizon Wireless <br />20-4523-C Sessom <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF <br />LESSEE ACCESS EASEMENT <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION of a 0.02 acre tract of land located in Lot 4, Block 9, McNaughton First Addition, <br />an addition to the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, said 0.02 acre tract being more fully <br />described by metes and bounds as follows with attached sketch, with all bearings referenced to <br />Texas State Plane Coordinate System, Central Zone, NAD 83: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at a Yz..inch iron rod found on the northeasterly right-of-way line of Alamo Street <br />and the northwestE!rly right-of-way line of Yale Street at the southeast comer of said Block 9; <br /> <br />THENCE N 45022'56" W with said right-of-way line of Alamo Street and the southwesterly line of <br />said Block 9, for a distance of 320.00 feet to a point on the southwesterly right-of-way line of <br />Harvard Street at the southwest comer of said Lot 4; <br /> <br />THENCE N 44037'04" E with the northwesterly line of said Lot 4 and said right-of-way line of <br />Harvard Street for a distance of 33.18 feet to a calculated point for the POINT OF BEGINNING <br />and the southwest comer of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE N 44037'04" E continuing with the northwesterly line of said Lot 4 and said right-of-way <br />line of Harvard Street for a distance of 24.20 feet to a calculated point for the northwest comer of <br />the herein described tract; <br /> <br />THENCE crossing said Lot 4 with the perimeter of the herein described tract for the following <br />three (3) courses: <br /> <br />1. S 11006'44" E for a distance of 46.49 feet to a calculated point on the northerly line of a <br />proposed 0.03 acre Lessee Lease Area for the northeast comer of the herein described <br />tract; <br /> <br />2. S 44037'04" W with the northerly line of said Lease Area, for a distance of 24.20 feet to a <br />Yz-inch iron rod with yellow cap set for the most westerly corner of said Lessee Lease <br />Area and the southeast comer of the herein described tract; <br /> <br />3. N 11006'44" W for a distance of 46.49 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing <br />0.02 acres (932 square feet) of land, more or less. <br /> <br />I, G.E.
