<br />220. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001-2...-R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO <br />NATIONAL CHEMICAL FOR THE INSTALLATION AND <br />PROGRAMMING OF INSTRUMENTS FOR THE SCADA <br />SYSTEM; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The award of a contract to National Chemical of Corpus Christi, Texas for the <br />installation and programming of instruments for the City's water/wastewater SCADA system in the <br />amount of $24, 132.00 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to execute contract <br />documents for this project on behalf ofthe City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
