<br />25. SECTION HEADINGS. All section headings contained herein or in any Schedule are for convenience of reference only <br />and do not define or limit the scope of any provision of any Lease. <br /> <br />26. EXECUTION IN COUNTERPARTS. Each Schedule to this Master Lease may be executed in several counterparts, each <br />of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which shall be deemed one instrument. Only one counterpart of each Schedule <br />shall be marked "Lessor's Original" and all other counterparts shall be deemed duplicates. An assignment of or security <br />interest in any Schedule may be created through transfer and possession only of the counterpart marked "Lessor's Original". <br /> <br />27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WRITTEN AMENDMENTS. Each Lease, together with the exhibits, schedules and addenda <br />attached thereto and made a part hereof and other attachments thereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties <br />with respect to the lease of the Equipment covered thereby, and such Lease shall not be modified, amended, altered, or <br />changed except with the written consent of Lessee and Lessor.
