• <br />RESOLUTION 2011- 81 R <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached interlocal agreement between the City of San Marcos and the <br />City of Irving allowing the City's participation in a cooperative purchasing arrangement with the <br />City of Irving is approved. <br />PART 2. This interlocal agreement is entered into pursuant to the Interlocal <br />Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. <br />• <br />City. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF <br />AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF IRVING <br />ALLOWING THE CITY'S PARTICIPATION IN A COOPERATIVE <br />PURCHASING ARRANGEMENT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />PART 3. The City Manager is authorized to execute this agreement on behalf of the <br />PART 4.
