AUTHORIZATION OF CHANGE IN SERVICES NO. 1 <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br />PROJECT: Electrical Engineering Services for the San Marcos <br />Electric Utility Department <br />ENGINEER: M &S Engineering, LLC <br />AUTHORIZATION NO: <br />ORIGINAL CONTRACT DATE: September 1, 2009 <br />DATE OF CHANGE: May 24, 2011 <br />WORK TO BE ADDED TO OR DELETED FROM SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Design for additional Capital Improvement Program projects will be tasked to M &S <br />Engineering. These projects are fully funded through the Electric Utility Division's CIP budget. <br />Projects assigned in the past are still ongoing and additional projects will added as well. <br />Currently there active Work Authorizations in place for four (4) projects, including the Electric <br />Master Plan, Substation Circuit Switcher Upgrades, Canyon Substation Feeder and the <br />Downtown Underground Project. Immediate need Work Authorizations to be added will be for <br />two (2) electric line re- conductor projects; Feeder 180 from the San Marcos Substation and a <br />section of line along the IH 35 S. frontage road.
