Chapter 26 Rules of the Antiquities Code of Texas and Chapter 191 of the Texas Natural <br />Resources Code. <br />G) Transmit to the City any concurrence /non - concurrence letters received from THC relating <br />to TXSTATE's submissions on behalf of the City. <br />H) In the event that survey and assessment projects are conducted under an Annual Permit, <br />TXSTATE will prepare a draft Annual Report of investigations that have been conducted <br />during the prior calendar year. These reports will be reviewed and finalized in the same <br />manner as described for individual project - specific reports. Final reports will comply <br />with Chapter 26 Rules of the Antiquities Code of Texas and Chapter 191 of the Texas <br />Natural Resources Code. <br />I) TXSTATE will submit all final reports to the City in pdf format with one hard copy. On <br />behalf of the City, TXSTATE will submit all final reports to THC in the required format. <br />J) Any artifacts recovered during any of the Projects will be considered property of the State <br />of Texas in accordance with the conditions of an Antiquities Permit, and will be <br />accessioned for curation as Held -in -Trust collections at the Center for Archaeological <br />Studies, TXSTATE. The cost of preparing collections (including field notes, forms, and <br />photographs) as well as appropriate curation fees will be included in the final cost <br />estimate for each project. <br />
