The City Council of the City shall adopt a resolution on or before March 5, 2001, appointing presiding judges and alternate judges to serve in this election, and it shall be each such judge's duty to hold the election in their respective precincts, and any vacancies occurring after the initial appointment may be filled by subsequent resolution(s) of the City Council. SECTION 5. Each presiding judge may appoint up to two clerks, and with the permission of the City Clerk, additional clerks, to serve for each precinct in this election. SECTION 6. The precincts numbered 111, 112, 113, 114, 116, 120,330,334/445,336/451, and 446 shall be polling places for the joint election of the City. SECTION 7. The City election shall be conducted jointly with the School District election under the terms and conditions of a Joint Election Agreement. SECTION 8. Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for early voting for the City. SECTION 9. The main early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the City election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City, and the temporary branch early polling place for early voting by personal appearance for the City election is the School Administration Building, 501 S. L.BJ. Drive. Early voting by personal appearance shall be conducted during normal working days (excluding holidays) in the City Hall and the School Administration Building from April 18, 2001 through May 1, 2001, from 8:00 a.m. until 5 :00 p.m., and on Saturday, April 28, 2001 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Temporary branch early polling 2
