Property: All of the 0.405 acre tract of property out of the T.!. Chambers League and the J.M. Veramendi League, in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as more particularly described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit A Reservations from and Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty: A public utility easement over the entire property for the operation and maintenance of overhead electric distribution and communication poles, lines and related appurtenances; and an easement within and through the entire property for the operation and maintenance of a raw water transmission pipeline, together with rights of ingress and egress across the entire property for these purposes.
